1. Digital Nature of Products We provide intangible goods (software licenses and eSIM services). Due to their nature, these products are typically considered „used” once the activation key or QR code is delivered. However, we offer a flexible approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Refund Conditions You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement under the following circumstances:

• The digital key or eSIM profile is found to be technically defective or cannot be activated (verified by our technical support).

• You decide to cancel your order before the digital assets have been dispatched to your email.

• There was a duplicated charge due to a technical error at checkout.

3. Requesting a Refund Please email us at info@brilliantdigitalhub.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order ID and, if applicable, a brief description or screenshot of the technical error you encountered.

4. Processing Time Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
